Centralia Foundation Park

The Sentinel Shelter, was made possible due to donations given by the Centralia Sentinel Newspaper. This majestic stone structure, found on the Robnett grounds of the park, sits atop a hill overlooking the Lucky Stone Creek Bridge to the south, and the Miner's Memorial Shelter to the north.  

 

The well-shaded area surrounding the shelter makes this an ideal location for reunions and other occasions.

 

The Sentinel Shelter has two stone grills that available inside the shelter and a third large grill on the lawn to the west.  Restroom facilities are nearby.
